Unique wood apple lays flat to be used as a trivet. When needed for storage, it expands and stands to become a beautiful basket. When no longer needed to hold items, it folds flat for easy out of the way storage.

Apple measures approximately 13” x 10” x 5/8” thick when folded flat. Trivet basket has been beautifully carved with flowers in the center and an ornate design along the basket edge. There are a few chips in the wood throughout consistent with years of use, but overall, this apple basket/trivet is in very good, vintage condition.

Great for kitchen storage when you need it, and easy to store when you don’t. A striking piece no matter how you use it.
